College Cleanliness:
The premises of the university were cleaned by the members
during the rush hours and there by spreading the awareness of the importance of a clean and tidy ambiance.
BLOOMING BEACON HAS VOLUNTEERS SPREAD IN THREE DOMAINS-
1) WOMEN EMPOWERMENT-concerned with educating and helping them
develop skills that would ensure better job opportunities
and thereby, better standing in the society.
2)YOUTH AFFAIRS- concerned with providing education to orphans and
providing necessary utilities to help discover and nurture the
talent within them.
3)SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT- concerned with conducting rally and organizing
events to create awareness about the problems plaguing our society
and invite public opinions to derive solutions. Our commitment could
not have been stronger after blooming beacon was recognized by
Tamil Nadu welfare societies under Tamil Nadu act 27 of 1975, on
8th October 2014, but perhaps what sets us apart from others is the
fact that we are one of very few NGO's run wholly by students.
